“Misquote” bites? I think you mean mosquito bites. Spellcheck autocorrect is a bitch.
The new mac OS has auto autocorrect, and it keeps pissing me off. In the past I would spell something wrong and it would tell me I F**ked up, and I would fix the problem. Now it’s just like, “I got this! the word you wanted was ‘Misquote’, right? Yeah I’m good at this!”
Does anyone know how to turn that off?
Dump the fashion statement and get a computer.
A computer is a computer whatever the OS.
Mac, Windows, lynx doesn’t matter! Pick the one you want let other people use the one they want, there is no real winner there.
I feel the same about Xbox, PS4, Wii. Or pepsi vs coke. it’s all just whatever.
Sorry about the soapbox rant there…
This heathen has defiled the teachings of Glorious PC Gaming Master Race. Our prophet GabeN will certainly condemn him to playing twitchplaysflappybird with the rest of the scum for all eternity.
I won’t get into an argument, but having tried a number, I’m afraid that simply isn’t true.
Good luck with your Mac though.
…having been a user of various operating systems on various hardware configurations for several years, I must say that Mac’s OSX is the most stable commercial operating available on any computer presently…
I must also say that every incarnation of Windows…ever…has been a horrible train wreck of bad code, redundant code, and exhausting error handling.
But, I agree with Terra the author: everyone has preferences. Use what you like and don’t give other people a hard time.

Also…yeah, Sam is fine the way she is, but I understand the reason that Lust feels that way
Right click in the text field you are editing and choose “Spelling and Grammar”, then uncheck “Correct Spelling Automatically”. Or in System Preferences go to “Keyboard” then “Text” and uncheck “Correct spelling automatically”.
Wait, no, ignore the System Preferences one. That is for special substitutions and I recommend leaving that one on.
thats just a copout ><
A very important second wish!
